About
Graham Rodgers is an expereinced businessman. He has been self-employed under many titles including electrical contractor and nurseryman. He has also had experience in working with children, tradesmen, and government.
Graham currently owns and operates eLearning Australia, a online education company, creating eLearning for the trades. He also subcontracts to CV Services, in the capacity of Training Manager. His role there includes manging the training of over 40 apprentices, implementing training to all staff members, and modifying training to suit individual needs.
Graham is also a trainer at Bracken Ridge TAFE, where he teaches some night course in Small Business studies.
Graham’s main passion is training. When he worked for John Love Electrical, as Human Resource Manager, he not only manged over 35 apprentices, hired and dismissed staff, implemented training to other staff members, looked after workcover matters, advertising, promotions, and developed safety/ company procedures, but he also established a co-provider agreement with Skillstech Australia where by he tutored his apprentices at through online training.
Graham is an electrician, who completed his apprenticeship through the Royal Brisbane Hospital 25 years ago. He now has many more qualifications including a Dimploma in Business (Human Resources), and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessing.
Graham has been married to his beautiful wife Melody for nearly 30 years. They have four children, Talia, Rhys, Hayden, and Amon, and a son-in law, Luke.
